LEVEL 1

Water Introduction & Basic Safety Skills

Designed for beginner swimmers who are new to the water or still developing comfort and confidence in an aquatic environment. During this level, swimmers will learn essential water safety skills, including how to safely enter and exit the pool independently. A strong emphasis is placed on becoming comfortable in the water by practicing submerging the mouth, nose, and eyes while developing proper breath control techniques. Students will learn how to float on both their front and back and, most importantly, how to recover from a floating position back to a standing position safely and independently. Swimmers will also begin developing basic movement skills by learning how to change direction while moving through the water and gaining an understanding of body positioning. By the end of Level 1, participants will work toward swimming approximately 5 feet on both their front and back with support and guidance from their instructor. The primary goal of this level is to build water confidence, establish foundational safety skills, and prepare swimmers for more advanced movement and stroke development in the next level.

LEVEL 2

Water Confidence & Independent Movement

Builds upon the foundational skills learned in Level 1 by increasing swimmers’ comfort, confidence, and independence in the water. At this stage, swimmers will learn how to safely enter the pool by stepping or jumping in from the side while maintaining control and confidence. Participants will become more comfortable underwater by practicing complete head submersion, opening their eyes underwater, and performing breath control activities such as blowing bubbles. Swimmers will continue developing body position and balance through front and back glides, learning how to streamline their bodies and move efficiently through the water. As their skills progress, students will work toward swimming approximately 15 feet on their front and 10 feet on their back with increased independence and coordination. They will also be introduced to side swimming, which helps develop body rotation and serves as a foundation for future stroke development. In addition to swimming skills, water safety remains a key component of this level. Swimmers will learn about the proper use of life jackets, including when they should be worn and how they help keep individuals safe in and around the water. By the completion of Level 2, participants should demonstrate greater confidence, improved water mobility, and a stronger understanding of basic aquatic safety practices, preparing them for more advanced stroke development and endurance training in subsequent levels.

LEVEL 3

Stroke Development, Deep Water Skills & Water Safety

Helps swimmers build confidence in deep water while developing more advanced swimming and water safety skills. Participants will learn to safely jump into deep water and perform head-first entries from a sitting or kneeling position. Swimmers will practice retrieving submerged objects, rhythmic bobbing for breath control, and important self-rescue skills, including maintaining a survival float and treading water for 30 seconds.

Students will continue developing stroke technique by swimming 15 yards of front crawl and back crawl, while being introduced to the breast stroke for 15 feet. Water safety remains a major focus as swimmers learn basic non-contact rescue techniques, safe diving practices, and the “Check, Call, Care” emergency response process. By the end of Level 3, participants should demonstrate improved endurance, stronger stroke mechanics, increased deep-water confidence, and a greater understanding of how to stay safe in and around the water

LEVEL 4

Advanced Stroke Development, Endurance & Water Safety

Focuses on refining swimming skills, increasing endurance, and building confidence in both aquatic movement and water safety situations. Swimmers will continue developing advanced water competency through activities such as diving, underwater swimming, and feet-first surface dives. Participants will strengthen important self-rescue skills by maintaining survival floating, treading water, and back floating for up to one minute, demonstrating increased comfort and control in deeper water environments.

A major emphasis of this level is improving stroke proficiency and endurance. Swimmers will work toward swimming 25 yards of front crawl, breaststroke, and back crawl while continuing to develop proper technique, efficiency, and stamina. They will also practice 15 yards of butterfly, elementary backstroke, and sidestroke, expanding their overall swimming ability and versatility.

Water safety training continues with instruction in compact jumps from an elevated height while wearing a life jacket, throwing assists for helping someone in distress, and basic care for a conscious choking victim. The primary objective of Level 4 is to help swimmers gain confidence in the strokes they have learned while improving endurance through longer swimming distances and strengthening the aquatic skills needed for future clinic and advanced training programs.

Registration Information

Spots are limited to maintain small class sizes and personalized instruction.

Participants are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis, and early registration is recommended to secure your preferred time slot

Payment Plans &
Registration Policy

Each swim session consists of 7 lessons, held once per week, for a total session cost of $360 per participant. Families may choose to pay the full tuition at the time of registration or take advantage of our payment plan by submitting a 50% non-refundable deposit ($175) to reserve a spot in their selected class.

Participants utilizing the payment plan must pay the remaining balance in full no later than one week before the first scheduled class of their session. Any registration with an outstanding balance after this deadline will be considered incomplete, and the reserved spot may be forfeited and offered to a swimmer on the waiting list. Due to limited class sizes and high demand, all initial payments and deposits are non-refundable, as they secure a place in the program and prevent that space from being offered to another participant.

We encourage families to complete their registration and final payment as early as possible to ensure their swimmer’s enrollment is secured and to allow for smooth planning and class placement.

Please note: If the remaining balance is not paid in full by the required deadline, the participant’s registration will be canceled, the reserved spot will be released to a swimmer on the waiting list, and all payments made toward the session, including any partial or deposit payments, will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
